oxford street topman accessories serve me well

5 euro studded belt, paris thrift store, love of my life

a collection in abundance

If you know me its not secret that I have an unhealthy obsession with accessories. I have boxes over-flowing with every possible accessory imaginable. On my recent travels I collected a few thousand new items, some of which are still being shipped back, others have already taken pride of place on display in my newly minted closet.

Despite all these unnecessary possessions, I nearly fell to my knees when I laid my feeble eyes on these Alexander McQueen knuckle dusters. Oh how I would love to own.

For now though I will just make do with what I've got...including a whole new set of rings that my very talented dad made for me while I was away ("because you know everyone needs a side project", he says).

Isn't he just a gem!

walk all over me

Despite the stifling heat that finds me sprawled on the balcony accesorised only by a hand held fan to appease my discomfort, I was reminded today that a European winter is apparantley fast approaching. Barely a rack could be unearthed at Zara today that wasn't adorned in faux fur vests, black jodphurs or tweed blazers. Admittedly each item was as equally gorgeous as the other but in this heat nothing could have tempted me to try them on. That was until I layed my eyes on all the pretty boots on display. Yes boots can be pretty. Look no further than above to see what Marc, Missoni, McQueen and co have on offer this season.
