They say in a court of law you are innocent until proven guilty. But what if you are guilty by your own admission. Do you still get sent to jail?

I have recently embarked on an unnecessary shopping spree. In a bid to curb my guilt, I was hoping that if I called my credit card company and freely admitted my wrong doings, they might just let it all slide, interest free....

In the case that that doesn't work I have a Plan B! Enter EBAY. I have just listed over some 17 items on ebay in the hope that the money earned will go to the helpmycreditfromfloundering foundation.

And so whilst I await for that first person to hedge their bets and place a bid on my belongings I sit and stare at my recently acquired purchases....

Thank you Kirrily Johnston subterranean dipped knit, thank you Country Road perfect slouchy silk shirt, thank you Topshop Addison wedge boots, thank you Strawberrynet for my Marc Jacobs daisy perfume, thank you O.P.I for your delightful shades of nail varnish, thank you op shop for my Stevie Nicks inspired green bell sleeved dress, frayed poncho and lace tee.

And just for good measure I have thrown in a pic of my new pet elephant, purchased on a recent trip to Perth. Ain't he cute!

Click here and here and here and here oh and how about here...should you so wish to indulge in some online shopping.

leg it

I'm not a jeans and tshirt girl.
Yet I have several pairs of jeans (majority of which never get worn).

I'm more of an oversized tshirt and leggings girl.
Yet I have less pairs of leggings than I do jeans (all of which I wear to death).
My sister bought me a lovely pair of grey tweed marle ribbed Country Road leggings for my birthday last week. In a word, divine.
And yet I am still craving ever single pair of leggings as featured in Kirrily Johnston's new Cave Dwellers Autumn/Winter 10 collection.
Why-oh-why must I be so difficult?

you are my high

They say when you fall in love, not even the sweetest words can explain that feeling you feel, that euphoria within. You just want to be with that person day and night, never far apart.

I think I now understand what people have been banging on about for years...and I am finally ready to admit to it.

I'M IN LOVE...

with these Kirrily Johnston shoes.

I spotted them on the catwalk a few months ago but it wasn't until I placed them on my feet in store last week that I had a real Cinderella moment.

To some they may seem just a clunky mass of platform shoe but to me, oh-to-me they are just the sweetest things alive.

I will happily stop seeing my friends and forgo the single life if I can spend every waking moment with these things. In my mind I have already paired them with my faux leather American Apparel leggings for a result that will give the illusion that I'm actually no less than ten feet tall.

All I hope now is that they don't break my heart because I have already written "Kirrily Johsnton Platform Searching Heel 4EVA" all over my pencil case.

Kirrily Johnston spring summer 09/10

3.1 Phillip Lim spring summer 09/10

Tis' friday night and I'm home sweet home. I have been craving a night in all week. Its cold so its the perfect excuse for hoodies, woolen socks and a fur blanket. A steaming green tea sits idle beside me and im waiting until its just bearable enough to hit my tongue, chocolate is chilling to perfection fridge side, movie is in the DVD player and my laptop is at hand so I can research to my hearts content.

Saw the most amazzzzzzzzzzzzing butterscotch leather Kirrily Johnston skirt online the other day and since then I cannot get it out of my head. I have literally envisioned it with every single racer back singlet and Bassike tee I own and every cream and black lace top I will buy to go with it. How can I justify the expense though? I thought maybe I could wear it track side next week at the races. But leather isn't exactly ladylike now is it? Oh the friday night dilemma, to buy or not to buy! I'm waiting for a sign from higher above that will point me in the right direction...but something tells me I will be going without necessities such as food and petrol for the next few weeks to satisfy my burning desire.

p.s. it appears Phillip Lim likes spring leather too...great minds think alike...or at least I like to think so.
