




Power dressing isn't just a misty water coloured memory from the eighties, its now a little something on the horizon. Shoulder pads were a focal point of the power dressing trend back in the day and dare I say it but things look to be all about the accentuated shoulder again this season. Case in point - Balmain's 2009 Fall Collection.
